Program Description

Peptira LLC (“Peptira”) offers a recurring SMS/MMS marketing messaging program: restock alerts, new-product announcements, member early-access notices and promotions. This program is marketing only. Order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates are not sent through this program; they are delivered by email. Any future order-update text program will use its own separate, unchecked consent box and its own disclosure, never bundled with marketing consent. Messages are sent from 833-808-8472 and may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency, Rates and Carriers

Message frequency varies; expect up to 8 marketing messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt In

You join only by checking the separate, unchecked marketing text-message consent box at checkout, on a sign-up form or the preference panel on legacy.peptira.com, or by texting START, JOIN or PEPTIRA to 833-808-8472. We send a one-time confirmation message when you join. You must be 21 years of age or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

How to Opt Out

Text STOP to any message from us to cancel at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent. Text START to re-join.

Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in details (time, source and IP address) are stored to honor your preferences and to demonstrate consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own marketing; they are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages, solely for that purpose. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at legacy.peptira.com/mobile-terms. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Our Terms and Conditions also apply.
