Welcome to Peptira LLC. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully as they govern your use of the Peptira LLC website and services (collectively, the “Services”).
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Use of Services
Our Services and products are for research use only and are not intended for personal use or consumption, nor are they intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You agree to use our Services and products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Peptira LLC reserves the right to refuse sale if it believes a customer is violating these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, and other material on our Services are the intellectual property of Peptira LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Orders and Payments
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Peptira reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, cancel, or terminate any order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse, policy violations, product availability issues, pricing or listing errors, regulatory concerns, or any other circumstance deemed necessary by Peptira. In the event an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund may be issued at Peptira’s discretion in accordance with our policies.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and applicable regulatory requirements, all sales are final.
Peptira LLC does not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow order cancellations once an order has been placed, regardless of delivery status.
Delivered Packages
Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Peptira LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including theft from porches, mailrooms, front desks, lockers, or other delivery locations.
Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Damage or Fulfillment Errors
In the event of a verified Peptira LLC fulfillment or shipping error, such as incorrect items, missing items, or damage incurred during transit prior to delivery, customers must notify Peptira LLC within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date.
This reporting window is firm. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will be denied without exception.
Required Documentation
All claims must include complete and verifiable documentation, including:

A full unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is first opened

Photos of the external packaging

Photos of the package contents

Photos of the packing slip enclosed with the order
Claims submitted without all required documentation will be denied.
Resolution
Upon confirmation of an eligible shipping or fulfillment error caused by Peptira LLC, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement of the affected items.
Cash refunds, store credits, or alternative compensation are not guaranteed and are not provided for delivered, refused, or stolen packages.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks submitted for delivered, refused, or stolen packages will be disputed using carrier confirmation, delivery records, and the customer’s agreement to these Terms.
Communications Consent
By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you consent to receive transactional, operational and support-related communications from Peptira LLC (order confirmations, shipping notifications, account notices and support responses) by email, SMS/text message and other electronic means, using the contact information you provide. These service communications may continue as permitted by law.
Mobile messaging program. Marketing text messages are sent only if you separately opt in by checking the SMS consent box at checkout or on a sign-up form, or by texting a keyword to our number. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies (up to 8 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel and HELP for help, or email support@peptira.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptira LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services or any products procured through the Services.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
